What are your Customer Service hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including most public holidays. So no waiting till Monday for your item to be shipped. So your product will reach you faster!
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We offer express shipping on all products so if you are part of the 80% of Australia covered by next business day delivery. The Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas which is generally 2-3 business days. Expected shipping times may be longer during peak periods ie. Christmas.
Is your shipping discreet?
Your parcel will never give away the internal contents. All orders are wrapped and sent in a plain Australia Post or Express parcel with a non-revealing return address and no mention of Good Vibrations Adult Toys.
Will I need to be home to collect my parcel?
No a card will be left in your mailbox for you to pick up your parcel from your local post office unless prior arrangements have been made with your LPO. However if you are home your parcel will be delivered to you.
How can I pay for my item(s)?
After placing all of your products in your shopping cart follow the prompts through each stage of the payment process. We only accept PayPal as a payment method. Paypal does except Credit Cards without needing to sign up.
What will show on my credit card statement?
Your personal details will remain private. Your credit card details are not kept in our database and only the acronym GVAT will show on your credit card statement.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
If anything in you order does not meet your expectations, let us know. We will do our best to rectify any issue you may have.
